Certain types of problems do not come up for solicitors very often. Consequently, there are few firms of lawyers that have experience dealing with this really special stuff.

These areas require knowledge and experience to help you. Holohan Lane has lots of experience with the really special stuff.

In 1991 Bill Holohan’s legal arguments in the High Court on behalf of the Point Depot (now The O2) re-established the Theatre Licence in law. Bill is the reason you can have a drink at The O2. Also, appearing alone in the Supreme Court, he persuaded three Supreme Court Judges that in a theatre a “seat”, in law, is the airspace you occupy while in the theatre – the result being that people do not have to be seated and standing concerts are allowed in law!
